What I Wore: My Go-To Outfit

For the last year or so, this shirt combo [or any similar setup involving a pretty vintage blouse under a tank or a cap-sleeve top] has been my go-to when I want to look put together and cute. I wear it with my favorite high-waisted denim or low-rise skinny jeans, as well as with any number of dark skirts when I have to be in a professional-ish office. Somehow I never get tired of it.

A week ago I wore this exact ensemble out to Arthur’s for Monday Burger Madness with the roomies, and I got stares all around…but also a handful of compliments. And I wore it again to get coffee with my good friend Emilie on a very sweltering afternoon last weekend. See? Fashion is fun.
